WAJ Nabd (Clinical Businesses)

Overview

WAJ Nabd is WAJ's clinical EMR (electronic medical records) integration, available only to clinical businesses such as clinics — it doesn't appear for salons, spas, or gyms. It's a separate, external clinical system for managing encounters, vitals, and medical records; WAJ itself doesn't include in-app clinical notes or charting. Instead, WAJ syncs your patients, staff, and appointments into WAJ Nabd and gives your team quick links straight into it.

Turning it on

Go to Settings → Integrations → WAJ Nabd and turn on Enable Clinical Integration. Turning on Auto-Sync on Create keeps new customers, staff, and bookings syncing automatically as they're created; leave it off if you'd rather sync manually.

Manual sync

The Data Sync section shows separate progress cards for Staff, Customers, and Bookings, each with a synced/total count and a sync button. For bookings, you can also choose a date to sync from.

Quick links

• Open WAJ Nabd Dashboard — view clinical records, encounters, and vitals in your browser.

• Manage Permissions — control who on your team can access clinical features.

From any appointment at a clinical business, an Appointment button opens WAJ Nabd directly to that visit's clinical encounter (or the patient's profile if no encounter exists yet), so clinical staff can move straight from the calendar into the medical record.

Notes & limitations

Access is controlled by two separate permissions — one to open WAJ Nabd itself, and another to change the integration's settings — and only the business owner or someone granted that settings permission can turn the integration on or off.
