Online Display Preferences

Overview

Display Preferences give control over exactly which pieces of business information appear on the public profile. Related fields are grouped together, each with its own on/off switch plus a master switch for the whole group, making it possible to decide what customers see about the business before they book.

How it works

Related fields are organized into groups. Each group has a master toggle that turns the whole group on or off, and individual toggles inside the group for fine-tuning which items within it are visible. After adjusting toggles, tapping Save Preferences applies everything at once.

Notes & limitations

This screen is separate from the Online Profile's ONLINE/OFFLINE switch, which controls whether the booking site is reachable at all — Display Preferences only controls what publicly visible information the site shows once it's live.
