Sending Feedback to WAJ
Overview
WAJ has a built-in way for business owners and staff to send feedback directly to the WAJ team — for example to report a bug, request a feature, or flag something confusing in the app. This is different from customer reviews: it's a private channel between you and WAJ, not something your clients see or use.
How to send feedback
Go to Account settings → Submit Feedback. Tap Submit Feedback, which opens a screenshot tool: mark up the current screen to point at whatever you want to describe, then add a short written description of the issue or idea. Submit it, and you'll see a confirmation that it was received.
Notes & limitations
Use this for reporting problems with the app itself or suggesting improvements. It is not connected to customer-facing reviews or ratings — those live in Reports (survey reviews from aftercare messages, and Google reviews) and on your online booking website.
