The Client Profile

Overview

Tapping a client opens their full profile. At the top, you'll see their photo, name (tap to copy it), nickname, and tags, along with contact details if you have the View customer contact information permission. If a client has an unpaid sale, a red banner shows the total unpaid amount — tap it to see every pending payment in a side panel.

Quick actions

From the profile header you can jump straight into action:

  • Book — starts a new booking for this client (you'll be asked which branch, if you have more than one).

  • Sell — opens the point of sale with this client already selected (needs the Sell product to customer permission).

  • Profile — for clinical businesses, opens the client's external clinical record.

If the client started out as a lead, a View Lead button links back to that record.

Profile tabs

The rest of the profile is organized into tabs: About, Overview, Customer Balance, Points, Bookings, Purchases, Forms, and Custom Fields. Customer Balance and Points are covered in their own dedicated articles.

About

Date of birth, allergy chips, tags (system tags, like membership status, are read-only and always listed first), and notes — each with its author and date, and each editable or removable. An Automated messages toggle (on by default) controls whether this client receives your automated messaging. The tab also shows when the profile was created.

Overview

A quick snapshot of the relationship: appointments, revenue, no-shows, cancellations, last visit, and next visit.

Below that, a revenue breakdown shows exactly where this client's spend comes from:

  • Products

  • Services

  • Memberships

  • Gift cards purchased

  • Gift cards used (shown as a negative, since it's spend against a balance rather than new revenue)

  • Net total, combining all of the above

If the client holds any active memberships, they're shown here too, along with their expiry date.

Bookings

A chronological history of every appointment — date, time range, status, the services and staff involved, and the total. Tap a checked-out booking to see the full sale details. Any past booking can be repeated with one tap using Book again, which starts a new booking with the same services pre-filled. This tab needs the View booking history permission.

Purchases

Everything this client has bought, grouped by date, with a chip marking each item as a Product, Gift card, or Membership — showing quantity for products or the code for gift cards, plus the line total. This tab needs the View purchase history permission.

Forms

Any intake or consent forms the client has signed appear here with a green Signed badge and the date they signed. You can view or download each one as a branded PDF that includes their signature.

Custom Fields

Any custom fields you've set up for your business — plus any you add on the fly — live here. Two field types are supported:

  • Text field — type a value and save it.

  • File field — upload an image or PDF, with a preview and the option to remove it later.

Tap + Add field to create a new one, giving it a name, a type, and a value or file.

Notes & limitations

  • Contact details, the Sell action, and the Bookings and Purchases tabs are each gated behind their own permission, so what a staff member sees here can vary by role.

  • System tags (e.g. membership status) cannot be edited or removed from the About tab — they're always read-only.
